We operate at Valtter’s Paja Oy premises, whose production facilities offer an exceptional capability for a design office of our size to also manufacture designed equipment packages in-house. Our machinery fleet includes machines especially suited for machining and structural steelwork. Designing and manufacturing products under one roof is cost-effective and flexible for the customer. Minor design changes can be implemented on the fly with almost immediate notice and without the problems of long supply chains. The risk of errors in implementation is reduced by involving the designers themselves in the implementation and supervision. By minimising the number of people working on the same project, it also saves unnecessary project coordination between different organisations.

Our main process:

• Sheet metal work: laser cutting, bending
• Welding: manual welding, robotic welding
• Machining: manual machines, automatic lathes, machining centre
• Assembly: assembly of products according to customer needs, including wiring harnesses and electronic assemblies
• Painting: wet painting
• Logistics: transport equipment, buffering in the warehouse

Our assembly activities cover almost all types of manual assembly work, including the installation and connection of electrical and electronic components.
