As CEO, Juho Lehto is the key leader of our team, with particular responsibility for the design and implementation of the most demanding robotic cells. He works closely with his team of experts, and together they develop innovative solutions to meet our customers’ increasingly demanding needs. Juho’s special expertise in the use of robotics in production processes, combined with his strong product development and project management skills, ensures that he finds workable solutions for even the most challenging applications where off-the-shelf solutions are not available elsewhere. Juho has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which gives him a solid basis for technical and management responsibilities.

Mikael, our Design Manager, is a hands-on and versatile mechanical engineer who enjoys working both at the drawing board and in the workshop on robotic cell implementations. His work is characterised by precision, perseverance and a calm approach, even in challenging and busy situations. Mikael’s solid experience in managing large design projects, combined with his degree in mechanical engineering, ensures that large and complex projects remain under his control from start to finish.

Juho’s responsibilities as CFO include managing the complexities of corporate law and finance. He also has extensive experience in performing complex calculations to support decision-making, ensuring that the company’s strategic choices are based on accurate analysis. In addition, Juho has a degree in mechanical engineering, which gives him a strong technical background and enables him to support the company’s financial and technical needs in a comprehensive and efficient manner.

Valtteri Vainio, our Quality Manager and Chairman of the Board, is responsible for our production operations. Valtteri has deep expertise in machine design, precision mechanics, manufacturing technology, quality management and project management. He also has extensive experience in machine shop operations, covering welding, machining, sheet metal and related design work. Valtteri is a DI in Mechanical Engineering, which complements his extensive knowledge and makes him an invaluable expert in our company’s business.

Vilppu Nurminen is a junior mechanical engineer and brings significant expertise in both production engineering and mechanical design to our team. Vilpu has solid experience in practical mechanical engineering, and his technical expertise extends to the design of efficient production processes that enable our customers to achieve improved production flow and cost efficiency. His ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience makes him a valuable member of our design team, and his contribution is directly reflected in the quality and functionality of our projects.

Timo is an experienced mechanical engineer with decades of experience in the field. He has special expertise in mechanical engineering and the mechanical design of electronic equipment. Timo combines his in-depth technical knowledge and long-term experience to create functional and sustainable solutions for both industrial and consumer electronics needs. His expertise ensures that projects run smoothly and meet the highest quality standards.

Teo is an automation designer responsible for the design and implementation of automation solutions for our customers. He has strong practical experience with complex automation systems, and his meticulous approach to his work is reflected in the rigorous review of every implementation he undertakes. Teo’s expertise also extends to mechanical design and understanding of production engineering, supporting his automation design work and ensuring comprehensive solutions for our clients.

Teppo is an automation engineer with a strong background in automation design, building systems in practice, system commissioning and documentation work. Tepo’s expertise from his previous career extends our capabilities in large-scale automation system implementations, making Tepo an important member of our team.

Risto is our software developer and brings strong expertise in mechatronics to our team. He has extensive research experience, especially in machine vision systems development and demanding embedded systems development tasks. Risto’s expertise extends deep into the interface between mechatronics and software development, enabling the implementation of innovative and technically advanced solutions. Risto holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, which supports his strong technical background and gives him a unique perspective on the most demanding challenges of software development for automation systems.

Mikael has extensive experience in developing fine mechanical solutions, implementing demanding mechanical simulations and project management. His background as a researcher has also brought a deep understanding of the most demanding manufacturing techniques and measurement and control applications.
